Did you know:  you can customize permissions on Enterprise?

If you’re on Enterprise, you have more than the default user and manager roles. You can customize permissions to match exactly how your organization works — giving people the access they need while keeping guardrails where they matter.

It’s all controlled from one place:

1. Log into Ziflow
2. Select your avatar
3. Go to Settings > Permissions

Inside, you’ll see an editable table that defines what Users and Managers can do across proofs, folders, templates, people, Zibots, Insights, and more. Switch between the two roles using the drop-down, toggle permissions on or off, and tailor access down to the specifics.

Some teams use this flexibility to:

• Lock down deleting so only admins can remove proofs or versions.
• Let managers build workflow templates so admins aren’t the bottleneck every time a new process needs automation.
• Give users “View all proofs” access so they can see what’s happening across projects without being able to edit anything.
