Manage your seats

Wondering if you still have room to add teammates? You don’t have to guess. In Settings > Billing, you can see exactly how many licensed user seats you’re using and how many you still have available.

Your Ziflow administrator must assign you the Billing role to see the Billing area.

Your billing area gives you a quick snapshot of:

• Your current Ziflow edition and billing cycle
• Active users and overall usage
• Proof and storage limits
• Invoices and payment details

It’s a handy spot to glance at before onboarding new users or planning for growth.
Just log in, open your user avatar, and head to Manage Billing (or Settings > Billing) to see everything in one place.

Ziflow pets: meet Queen Evelyn, the ruler of blankets and workplace morale

Evelyn is a full-time diva and part-time cuddle dealer who rules her domain from the warmest windowsill available. When she’s not napping under blankets like a Victorian aristocrat, she’s busy waking her human every morning with artisanal belly biscuits before assuming her rightful throne on top of them. She’s known to flop onto her back and display her floofy belly like a casual invitation but make no mistake, it’s for admiration, not touching.

During work hours, she will dramatically push open a cracked door just to sit in the doorway and stare like an unimpressed supervisor, occasionally breaking character with full hallway zoomies mid-meeting. Big personality, subtle affection and when she decides to show love, it feels pretty special.
