Assign Billing role and billing email notifications

Ziflow users with the Billing role can view and manage billing information. Any user with the Billing role or anyone added as an billing email recipient will receive all billing notifications from Ziflow. 

By default, the account owner is assigned the Billing role. Ziflow account owners must assign the users who need to access and receive billing information to the Billing role to keep your account up to date. 

Assign users to the Billing role

  1. Log into Ziflow as an administrator and select the People tab. The People page opens.
  2. Select the user you want to assign the Billing role to open their Details page.
  3. Select Billing as a role at the top of the Details page and select Save.

Add people to billing emails

The account owner, administrators, and users with the Billing role can assign users without a Ziflow account to receive billing notifications. Email recipients will not be able to log into Ziflow and manage billing.

  1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Manage Billing or Settings > Billing.

  2. Under Billing emails select Change.
  3. Add an email address. To add multiple addresses, separate them in the field with commas.

  4.  Select Save.
