August 2025 release notes (25.17)

This release: Expanded  Proof Viewer mobile menu with new options: Download Original File, Export, Notification Preferences, Proof Viewer Settings, and Help to give mobile users more control and flexibility.

Update to Proof Viewer mobile experience: Expanded set of menu options

We’ve expanded the set of available menu options for Ziflow’s Proof Viewer on mobile devices. Previously, the mobile menu was limited to only a few actions. With this release, mobile users will now see:

• Download Original File
• Export
• Notification Preferences
• Proof Viewer Settings
• Help & Support

For now, Proof Details will remain unavailable in the mobile experience, as its modal format isn’t yet optimized for smaller screens.

This update was made possible through user feedback, with the “Download Original File” on mobile being one of the most requested additions to Proof Viewer’s mobile menu. Thanks to all those who’ve offered comments and suggestions.
