Resubscribe to Ziflow notification emails

You can resubscribe to Ziflow notification emails if you accidentally unsubscribed yourself and are no longer receiving proof review updates. 

Ziflow displays an unsubscribed icon next to your name in the People menu to let you know that you have unsubscribed yourself from Ziflow notifications.

Note: You can resubscribe yourself up to five times. When you reach your limit, you will need to contact Ziflow Support for help.

To resubscribe:

  1. Log into Ziflow and select the People menu.
  2. Select your name from the People list. Your Contact details page opens.
  3. On your Contact details page, select the context menu (three dots) and choose Subscribe to emails.

  4. Select Subscribe to confirm resubscription.
    Ziflow removes the Unsubscribed icon next to your name and you will start receiving notification emails again.
    Note: You will not receive any emails that were sent while you were unsubscribed.
