February 2025 Release Notes (25.4)

Proof Viewer: Click-and-hold mouse wheel to pan 

With this release, we’re adding click-and-hold panning to Proof Viewer—a feature familiar to users who navigate around assets in their design tools using a mouse. Starting today, clicking and holding the scroll wheel will now let you pan within and across proofs that have been zoomed-in.

Visual designers, video editors, and other creative professionals are familiar with this functionality in their primary design tools, namely Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Adding it to Proof Viewer makes for a more intuitive, familiar experience, helping creative team members be more efficient when viewing feedback left for them within their assigned assets.

Note: if you’re using a trackpad, you can already pan with a two-finger gesture—this update brings that same ease of movement to mouse users.

Improved search experience in Dashboard 2.0

Ziflow’s search functionality is powerful, but when querying a large database of proofs, users often look for a visual indicator that the “search” is actually searching. With this release, we’ve added a loading animation across multiple search contexts, so you always know when the Ziflow is actively searching.

This new animation will now appear when searches are in progress, including:

• Contacts & Contact Groups
• Adding contacts to groups (from profile/bulk menu)
• Proofs List
• Moving Proof Versions
• Flows & Workflows
• …and more
