The Ziflow Proofs tab for monday.com lets you review, comment, and approve proofs connected to your monday.com items without leaving the platform.

 
Add the Ziflow Proofs tab

Install the Ziflow app in monday.com. Once installed, administrators can add the Ziflow Proofs board view by clicking the “+” icon on the board.

Once added, the Ziflow Proofs tab will appear alongside your other board views. Select the tab to open Ziflow’s Gallery View, where all connected proofs are displayed.

Review proofs using Ziflow Proofs tab

The Ziflow Proof tab displays all proofs connected to monday.com tasks on that specific board. You can start reviewing proofs using all the tools and actions the same way you would working directly in Ziflow. 

Customize filters in Ziflow Proofs tab

Select the gear icon in the Ziflow Proofs view and apply filters to the proofs that users can see within the Gallery view. You can add customized views to a board using the drop-down menus, filter based on Proof Status, the reviewer’s Decision, and so on.
