“Ziflow Proofs” board view in monday.com (in public preview)

We’re excited to introduce the new “Ziflow Proofs” board view tab for monday.com, now available in public preview. With this release, any of the proofs that are connected to items in a board can be reviewed, commented upon, and approved, all without leaving your monday.com environment.

Beginning today, Admins can now click the “+” icon to add the “Ziflow Proofs” tab as a new board view within monday.com. Clicking on the Ziflow Proofs tab will display Ziflow’s Gallery View inside monday.com, showing all proofs connected to items within that board. Like using Gallery View in Ziflow’s Proof Viewer, you can markup, comment, review, and approve proofs, but it will be housed within an embedded board view tab in monday.com.

Clicking the “gear” icon within the Ziflow Proofs board view will allow you to apply filters to the proofs that users can see within the Gallery View. Customized views can be added to a board using these dropdown menus, filtered based on Proof Status, the reviewer’s Decision, and any combination thereof. 

When combined with Ziflow’s in-app experience for monday.com items released in late 2024, you’ll now be able to create new proofs for items in a board, manage the review process for those assets, and review and approve those proofs, without switching browser tabs or applications.
