Wrike Integration: Enhanced search functionality and support for project ID
We’ve improved our integration with Wrike to make managing large numbers of projects smoother and more efficient.
Ziflow automatically loads 100 named projects into the Integration panel’s dropdown menu for easy browsing. With this release, the type-to-search functionality will now scan all projects in your Wrike account, ensuring you can quickly find exactly what you’re looking for, no matter how many projects you have. In addition, our functionality now supports project ID number—either through type-to-search or by copy and pasting it directly into the field.
For teams managing thousands (or tens of thousands) of projects in Wrike, this update removes a major limitation. By making all projects searchable and supporting project ID input, we’re eliminating roadblocks and making the Ziflow + Wrike integration more seamless than ever.
Gallery View: Minor (but important) visual improvements
You may have noticed two slight but important visual changes we’ve recently made to Gallery View. First, Ziflow admins will now see a “home” icon in the top left corner of your Gallery View, which will take you back to Ziflow’s Dashboard upon being clicked.
The second is an adjustment to the appearance of your decisions on proofs with multiple stages. This visual change will make it easier for you to ascertain your past decisions and current responsibilities on an individual proof at a glance.
Dashboard 2.0: Improvements to folder behavior
We’ve made some small adjustments to folder behavior in Dashboard 2.0 to make navigating and managing your folders, and proofs feel more natural and intuitive. Clicking on a folder in the Dashboard will automatically expand the corresponding folder and subfolders in the navigation panel.
Additionally, selecting a folder from the folder path in the proof flyout mode opens the corresponding folder/subfolder, visually indicating where the proof is currently located.
This and other adjustments have been made to enhance how folders and proofs are displayed, creating a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
