- Submit new requests quickly and efficiently.
- Log in easily using your Ziflow credentials.
- Follow for Updates:
Stay in the loop by subscribing to articles or sections, such as Release Notes. Get notified the moment new updates or resources are added.
- Streamlined Request Submission Form:
Submitting support requests is now simpler and more user-friendly, ensuring our team can address your needs faster.
- No Change to Chat and Email Support:
Your favorite ways to connect with us—live chat and email—remain available and just as reliable as always.

After the transition, update any saved links to Help Center articles, as their URLs will change.
- Log In to the Ziflow Support Portal:
Starting December 16th, use your Ziflow credentials to access your tickets and explore new features. - Follow Key Resources:
Subscribe to articles or sections, such as Release Notes, to receive notifications when updates are made. - Check Your Inbox:
If you have open tickets during the transition, you’ll receive an email notifying you that they’ve been moved to the updated system.
When Is This Happening?
The transition begins after hours on December 13th, and the updated support services will be live on the morning of December 16th.
