If a proof contains a large number of comments, you can use the filter feature to find specific comments quickly.
Available for: All reviewers that have been invited into the proof and approval process. Each reviewer is able to set their own filters.
The filter and view buttons are located above the comments box inside the Proof Viewer.
Sort comments
Select the sorting option in the top left above the comments and choose your sorting preference.
Date - select to sort comments by date.
Page - Sort comments by their page.
Position - Sort comments in either a top-down or bottom-up order. In order to view this option the private/public comments need to be enabled on a stage level.
Author - Sort comments by their comment owner/author.
Comment type - Sort by comment type - private or public comments first.
Search comments
Select the search icon and enter your search term. Ziflow searches your comments dynamically as you type.
Filter comments
Select the filter icon and choose your filter criteria.

Reviewer | Filter comments made by reviewer (only reviewers with comment rights). | |
Stage | Filter all comments within a specified stage. | |

Unread only | Select to show only unread comments. | |
With attachment(s) | Select to show only comments with attachments. | |
Current page | Select to show only comments on the current page (for static proofs). | |
@mentioned me | enable if you want to find comments/replies of other reviewers who tagged your name. | |
Unresolved | Select to show only unresolved comments. | |
Show deleted comments | Enable/disable to display deleted comments. Use this to restore removed comments. |

Select Clear to remove the selected filters.

When you use any filter in the Comments and replies mode, it will show you the comments that do not match the criteria because they have replies that fulfill them. You can switch from that view to see only the comments and replies that match the filtering criteria. You can then exit the view by clicking on Show all:
