Enterprise administrators can configure a notice agreement that displays legal information, terms of use, and external links. When enabled, users and guests must accept the notice before they can access Ziflow.

The notice agreement appears on the Ziflow dashboard and in the Proof Viewer.

Each time you update and publish the notice text, users and guests must accept the updated notice again.

Enable the notice agreement

1. In Ziflow, go to Settings > General.

2. Enter text in the Notice text area and select Publish. 

   You can:

   • Save the notice as a draft.
   • Preview the notice.
   • Reset the text to the currently published version.
     
     
      
3. Toggle on Enable notice.
   Once the notice agreement is enabled and published, all users and guests must accept it when they open Ziflow.
