Add a Terms and Condition notice

Summary: Enterprise account administrators can configure a pop-up to include legal information and external links and require reviewers to accept the terms of usage before using Ziflow.

 

Available on: Enterprise edition

 

The Terms and Conditions message is displayed on the Ziflow dashboard and Ziflow Viewer.

 

Note: Each time you change the Notice agreement text, reviewers will be asked to agree to the notice.

 

  1. In Ziflow, go to Settings > General.

  2. By default, this feature is disabled. To enable it, toggle the Enable Notice option.

  3. Under the Enable notice toggle, enter the text of your Notice. You can save Notice drafts or preview your content.

Once your Notice agreement is enabled and published, all users and guests will need to accept it when they open Ziflow.
