The Authentication Activity Log gives Ziflow administrators visibility into all browser-based authentication activity in a Ziflow account. It helps you monitor access, investigate failed login attempts, and maintain an audit trail for internal and external compliance requirements.
Available on: Enterprise
Ziflow logs all authentication-related events that occur in a web browser, including:
- Successful and failed login attempts
- Invalid password attempts
- Password changes
- Password reset requests
- Account switching
For each event, Ziflow records the following details:
- User name and email address
- Action (logins, account switching, password resets, failed password attempts, and password reset requests)
- IP address where the action originated
- Operating system and browser
- Authentication method
- Date and time of the event
This information allows admins to verify account activity and quickly identify unusual or unauthorized access attempts.
Open the Authentication Activity log
- Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Authentication Activity.
The log opens with a chronological list of authentication events for your account.
