The Authentication Activity Log gives Ziflow administrators visibility into all browser-based authentication activity in a Ziflow account. It helps you monitor access, investigate failed login attempts, and maintain an audit trail for internal and external compliance requirements.

Available on: Enterprise

Ziflow logs all authentication-related events that occur in a web browser, including:

  • Successful and failed login attempts
  • Invalid password attempts
  • Password changes
  • Password reset requests
  • Account switching

For each event, Ziflow records the following details:

  • User name and email address
  • Action (logins, account switching, password resets, failed password attempts, and password reset requests)
  • IP address where the action originated
  • Operating system and browser
  • Authentication method
  • Date and time of the event

This information allows admins to verify account activity and quickly identify unusual or unauthorized access attempts.

Open the Authentication Activity log

  1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Authentication Activity.
The log opens with a chronological list of authentication events for your account.

Filter authentication activity

These filters help you view specific log activity. Use the available filters to narrow the results:

  • Time period – Choose the last 7, 14, 30, 120, 360, or All days from the drop-down list.
  • User – View activity for all users or limit results to a single user by choosing them from the list or search for their name or email address.
