Cancel a subscription or delete an account

If you need to cancel your subscription or permanently delete your Ziflow account, follow the process below.
 

Before you begin

  • Deleting your account will permanently remove all data; including proofs, settings, and feedback. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

  • Paid subscriptions require 30 days’ notice before the term ends. Check if you are mid-cycle or under contract.

  • For team or organization plans, only the account owner or an approved billing contact can confirm cancellation or deletion.

  • If the account owner is no longer with your organization, the request must be submitted by an active Admin/Manager or the billing contact listed on the account.

 

Submit a request

  1. Send an email from the account owner’s email address to: support@ziflow.com.

    • Requests made in chat will be redirected to email.

  2. In your email, include:

    • Your full name and company name

    • The account email address (must match our records for ownership validation)

    • Whether you’re requesting to cancel your subscription or delete your account

    • A reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for us to improve our service)
       

After you submit

  • The Support Team validates your request and routes it to the appropriate Ziflow teams.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once cancellation or deletion is complete.

Important: If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed. Consider exporting or saving any data you may need before submitting your request.
