Ziflow users can sign up for, or be invited to, multiple accounts using the same email address. Use multiple accounts when you work across different organizations or clients. Switch accounts to access the correct proofs, settings, and permissions.
Ziflow allows you to use the same email address across multiple accounts. You can have a different role in each account.
Available on: all editions
All linked accounts use the same password.
Administrators can change the company name in Settings > Branding, which updates the display name for all users.
Switch accounts
Switch accounts to access a different workspace.
Select your user avatar.
Choose the account you want to switch to.
You can switch accounts at any time without logging out.
Proofs shared with you remain accessible, regardless of which account you’re currently in.
Join an account
When you’re invited to a new account, you must verify it before you can access it.
- Open the invitation email and accept the invite.
- In your Ziflow account, select your profile avatar and choose Settings > My Profile > Accounts.
- Find the account and select Verify.
After verification, the account appears in your account list and you can switch accounts without logging out.
Hide accounts
- Select your profile avatar and choose Settings > My Profile > Accounts.
- Select Hide from list next to the accounts you want to hide.
Set a primary account
Set a primary account to control which account opens by default when you log in.
- Select your profile avatar and choose Settings > My Profile > Accounts.
- Select a primary account from the list.
Understand roles across accounts
Your role can differ between accounts.
- Manager or higher: Can view and manage all proofs in that account
- Administrator: Can manage account settings
Permissions apply per account, not globally.
Common issues
I don’t see an account I was invited to
Make sure you’ve accepted the invitation and verified the account.
I’m in the wrong account
Select your avatar and switch to the correct account.
I can’t access a proof or setting
Check your role in that specific account. Permissions vary by account.
