Ziflow proof property fields have character limits to ensure consistency across proofs and integrations.

Proof name character limits

A proof name can be a maximum 255 characters and can contain special characters.

Custom proof name in an intake form

A custom proof name in an intake form can be a maximum 500 characters. 

Proof property field limits

Single-line text field: Maximum of 255 characters

Multi-line text box field: Maximum of 3,000 characters

Notes

• Both field types accept HTML characters.
• If you add links or other HTML markup, the actual amount of visible text you can enter will be less than the maximum character count.
