Summary: Manual proof reminders allow proof owners, managers, and admins to send customized email reminders to an individual or multiple reviewers. These can help move projects along by making reminder emails more personalized (or urgent!) when a proof is needed or a deadline is approaching.

Available for: Proof owners, admins, and managers on all Standard, Starter Legacy, Business Legacy, Pro & Enterprise editions.

  How does it work?

  Once you click on the bell icon, a small window will appear.

  1. Reminder filters - utilize reviewer filters to determine the specific individuals who should receive a reminder about the proof.

  2. Select the reviewers to notify - you can choose to send a notification to all reviewers invited to the proof or just specific ones.

  3. Include custom message - by enabling this option, you can customize the subject and message of the email reminder.
