Summary: When submitting a support ticket for a specific proof or flow, include the unique ID.

Proof ID
From Ziflow:
Open the Proof Details page for the proof ID you need, select the content menu (three dots), and choose Copy Proof ID.
or
Copy the ID directly from the URL, when viewing the proof.
From the Proof Viewer:
Open the main menu and choose Details.
Select the Details tab and copy the Id.
Flow ID
The Flow ID is located in the browser URL.

Open your flow list.

Select the flow causing the problem to open the flow summary. The Flow ID is inside the URL between "edit" and "summary". Copy the ID and paste this into your support ticket.

Proof ID
The proof ID can be found by:

Find the proof that is causing a problem inside the Ziflow dashboard and select the Proof Details button.

Now you will see the Summary page, where you can click on the Show button highlighted below and then the Copy button to paste the ID into your support ticket easily.
If you are a guest reviewer, you can check the asset ID in the Ziflow Viewer:
Flow ID
The Flow ID is actually located inside the browser URL:

If you are having a problem with a specific flow, then simply go to your flow list
Now click on the flow causing the problem, and you will be taken to your flow summary. The Flow ID is inside the URL located between "edit" and "summary". Simply cut and paste this into your support ticket.
