Enable pop-ups in your web browser

Ziflow uses pop-up windows to display tools and information. If pop-ups do not appear as expected,  you may need to enable pop-ups in your browser settings. For information about allowlists, see Add Ziflow to your allowlist.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome, select the three dots () located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.

  2. Select Privacy and security in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Site settings.

  4. Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.

  5. Select the option to enable Sites can send pop-ups or use redirects, or in Customized behaviors add ziflow.com and ziflow.io to the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects  list.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox, select the three lines (☰) located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.

  2. In the left-hand menu, select Privacy & Security (lock icon).

  3. In the Permissions section, find Block pop-up windows.

  4. Uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to enable pop-ups or select Exceptions and add ziflow.com and ziflow.io to the exceptions list.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge,  select the three dots (...) located in the top-right corner of the browser window, and choose Settings.

  2. Select Privacy, search, and services in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Site permissions > All permission > Pop-ups and redirects.

  4. Toggle the switch next to Blocked to enable pop-ups, or under Customized behaviors, add ziflow.com and ziflow.io to the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects list.

Safari

  1. Open Safari and click on Safari in the top menu bar.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.

  3. In the preferences window, select the Websites tab.

  4. In the left-hand menu, select Pop-up Windows.

  5. Next to When visiting other websites: choose Allow.
    You can also add the site to the exceptions list. Open a Ziflow review in your browser and select the settings icon on the left inside the URL address area.  Select Website settings and choose  Allow from the Pop-ups Windows list.
