Change a user into a guest

Deactivate a user to free up a licensed seat and automatically convert them into a guest in your Ziflow account. Guests do not log into the dashboard. They access proofs through email links or public URLs.

• The user becomes a guest.
• They keep access to any proofs they were already added to.
• They will continue to receive email notifications and can review via links.
