Please follow the details below if you require whitelisting specific parts of the Ziflow platform:

  1. Whitelisting Ziflow platform in your network/VPN

  2. Whitelisting Ziflow emails to make sure they're not landing in the SPAM folder

  3. Whitelisting Ziflow if you're reviewing staging websites


Whitelist the entire Ziflow platform

If reviewers are unable to see proofs or comments, you need to allow HTTPS and WSS traffic through for the following domains:

NOTE: Web sockets are specifically used for the *.ziflow.io domain to communicate with the proof and send updates.


Whitelist Ziflow emails

Ziflow sends system and notification emails to inform users and reviewers of new proofs to review and when the activity occurred on a proof. If you don't receive these email notifications from Ziflow, you can adjust your spam filter settings and whitelist our domain and IP addresses.

Work with your IT team to make changes to your whitelist or "safe sender" list. The following is a list of our email server IP addresses and domain:


Whitelist Ziflow to review staging websites

If you are proofing websites in Ziflow and restricting site access to your page, then you will need to whitelist Ziflow's public IP addresses which will allow us to create a static or live proof of your website. You will need to allow HTTPS and WSS traffic through for the following IPs:
