Customize Zibot step names; step numbers visible on hover-over

With this week’s release, we’re introducing greater customization for Zibot automations, simplifying the creation and management of complex flows. Previously, each step retained the default action name, making it hard to differentiate between similar steps. Now, users can customize each step’s name, adding clarity to multi-step automations.

We’ve also added a hover-over effect that reveals each step’s unique number, making it easier to reference data from earlier steps in later stages of the flow.

Low-code automation between Ziflow and integrated software solutions helps streamline complex workflows without advanced programming knowledge. These updates will help to reduce confusion and enable a more efficient flow creation process.

Improved video processing speed: now up to 50% faster

Just in time for a busy Q4—and the start of the new year—our development team has made adjustments to our back-end architecture that will meaningfully improve the speed at which Ziflow processes videos. Larger files will now process significantly faster, with videos of similar size and scope processing in 50% less time than they had previously. For those working with high-quality, high-resolution files, this means less waiting and more doing.

Video has long established itself as a dominant format for agencies, marketing, and in-house creative teams, and we’re committed to ensuring our customers can get their proofs in front of reviewers faster than ever.
